All products available to purchase on this website are excluded from refunds or exchange. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety issues of a perishable item.
If there is a fault or quality issue with the product(s) you have received please contact us with the details of your complaint, along with your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not throw away or discard any product until the issue has been raised with us as we will not investigate without proof of defect. Products that are not stored in the correct environment by the customer (i.e. melted) are excluded from a refund.

If you have purchased a product from a third party (stockist or webstore) and you have an issue, please contact the store that you purchased from directly first. We are unable to assist unless there is a MANUFACTURING fault with the item (this excludes breakages or shelf-life issues). The contract of purchase is between you and the retailer.
